Deserved Clarity Coaching LLC ("we", "us") runs deservedclarity.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect what you give us when you email, call, or book a consultation: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. We also collect basic website data through Squarespace, such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and referring site. This data is gathered with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and run consultations and coaching sessions, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Booking and scheduling

If you book through a scheduling tool such as Calendly, that service collects the details you enter and shares them with us. Its own privacy policy applies to that data.

Who sees your information

Only Sanna Ezri and the service providers needed to run the business, such as Squarespace for hosting, our email provider, and our scheduling and payment tools. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we believe someone is at serious risk of harm.

Coaching confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential, subject to the legal and safety limits described in your coaching agreement.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for basic function and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and session records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal and business requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@deservedclarity.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or legal, medical, or financial advice. We can refer you to licensed professionals when you need them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
